Pam HartleyPam Hartley, Professional Development Chair

Pam Hartley is a 19-year marketing veteran and Founder of Momentum Marketing, a Charleston, South Carolina based company. Momentum specializes in a vast array of services that provide businesses and individuals growth opportunities through a blending of innovative marketing strategies and cutting edge personal development technologies.

Her diverse skills are an invaluable asset to any business or individual with a desire to create the next level of growth. She leads the company with expertise in database marketing, public relations, multi-media creative production, direct mail, promotions, media negotiations, branding, web development, social media, Hispanic media and more. She founded Momentum in 2005 integrating human dynamics coaching, organizational coaching, team building, grass roots marketing and holistic marketing to her approach.

She is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Lingustic Programming and has 21 national, regional and local advertising awards to her credit.

Pam has created and led several dynamic workshops including “Grow It! 10 Simple Steps To Grow Your Business From The Inside Out”, “Listen Closely To The Voice Inside” and “Coach Yourself First”. She speaks regularly to business organizations, civic groups and non-profits. Pam is also the co-founder of the South Carolina Yes Group, located in Charleston, South Carolina that provides a platform for international speakers and authors to deliver personal development workshops to local residents.

She is also passionate volunteer in the personal development industry, traveling the world and empowering others to make their dreams a reality. In 2007, she created and led the international 8-week teleconference series, “Unleash The Power Together” and currently serves as Chairperson of the Global Tony Robbins Graduate Community. Pam leads the Professional Development Steering Committee for The East Cooper Entrepreneurial Women (ECEW) non-profit organization serving professional women throughout the Charleston, SC community.


kimKimberly Robertson – Membership Co-Chair

Kimberly has spent nearly 20 years in Corporate America in finance and construction. Through her proficient organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and overall professionalism she has helped make it possible for individuals in her prior work environments to meet and exceed their goals and attain great success.  After some reflection, she realized that she could use her talents to help many others and founded Out N About For You.

She volunteers with local charities, including Carolina Children’s Charities and the March of Dimes. She is a member of the Charleston Rifle Club Ladies Auxiliary, a local Non-Profit, and has served on many committees and chaired several.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling and going camping with her husband, John and their dogs, Mackenzie and Sidney.

 

 

 

 


laurenLauren Dauscher – Membership Co-Chair

Lauren returns to Mt Pleasant after schooling in Nutrition and traveling throughout the United States. Always an avid runner, she wanted to find a balanced body workout and injury prevention while completing the St Jude’s Marathon in Memphis 2008. It was then Lauren made Pilates a part of everyday life. Lauren is classically trained and certified in the Pilates Method of body conditioning by trainer Penelope Wyer Barrow under master teacher Romana Kryzanowska at Urban Body Studios in Atlanta, GA. Lauren believes that the strength, control and flexibility Pilates training offers is essential for all body types, ages, and levels of physical ability.

 

 

 

 

 


lauraLaura M. Camacho, PhD – Sponsorship Chair (formally Ways and Means)

A Lowcountry native, Laura has a doctorate in Communication Studies from Regent University. After teaching at East Carolina University, Merici Academy and College of Charleston for 13 years, Laura opened Mixonian Institute in Mt. Pleasant to serve frazzled, over committed overachievers. Mixonian Institute offers private coaching and workshops on life leadership, marketing and presentation skills. Her popular leadership talk is called "Eenie, Meenie, Miny Mo: Make More Excellent Decisions." Her programs are also available in Spanish. She now lives in Mt. Pleasant with her husband and 2 daughters. Her son studies engineering at East Carolina University.

 

 

 

 

 


amyAmy Lovette, Events Chair & Committee Secretary

Amy Lovette is currently a Senior Account Executive selling advertising with Charleston magazine, Charleston Home magazine, and Charleston Weddings magazine. 

Amy graduated from accredited College of Business at Western Carolina University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Marketing.  
Previous experience includes Budweiser of Asheville, where she was responsible for sales training and implementing incentive programs for a sales team of 32 reps and 7 Team Leaders.  She then moved to Charlotte where she was hired by a Wilsonart & Formica distributor to define and work a new position calling on home builders.  The distributor moved her to Charleston when a $3,000,000 territory opened up where she sold supplies to cabinet companies.  She also worked several years locally with New York Life Insurance where she generated around $260,000 in new life insurance premiums within her first year, (more than anyone else in the agency).  
Amy’s free time consists of boating/fishing/shell collecting, cooking, networking, and basically anything to keep her from sitting still!

robinRobin Giangrande, PR & Marketing Chair

Robin Giangrande is the Owner/Director of Medical Billing Advocates of South Carolina, LLC. As a Medical Billing Advocate, she assists individuals and business to navigate the maze of medical bills, insurance claims and Medicare, and advocates on behalf of the uninsured.

Robin holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside and a M.A. in Political Science from Cal State Long Beach, where she focused her graduate studies on the politics of healthcare in the United States. She has held responsible administrative positions in departments of pathology, radiology, medical staff education and nursing in large and small hospitals, and worked as a systems analyst for Medicare peer review programs in Nevada and Georgia. With more than 15 years experience as a paralegal, Ms. Giangrande earned national certification as a Registered Paralegal in September 2000. She has worked on complex litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, family law, criminal defense, nursing home malpractice, legal malpractice, consumer credit reporting and healthcare law.

In addition to her involvement in ECEW, Robin serves on the Board of Directors of Carolina Canines, Inc.  She lives in Goose Creek with her husband, John, 3 rescued dogs (Emmett, Daybreak & Doodle Bug), 3 rescued Maine Coon cats (Mabel, Shadow & Thomas) and 2 sugar gliders (Winston & Yoda).
